QUILTING
After a decade of allowing the spirit of delay to hinder me from following my dream of learning how to quilt, I picked up some thread and a needle… only for all hell to break loose in my life. I immediately knew I was on to something: the Most High wanted me to encourage women of God to use their creative gifts to serve the Kingdom of Yahuah.
So? I decided to keep cutting fabric, keep following my patterns, and keep dreaming of finishing my first quilt. This is what happened.

Whenever I feel guilty for watching the colors of the sky change and the cars go by, while I’m still stitching away on a project that may take me a little while to finish… I think of this Bible verse and anxiety fades, guilt disappears, and I’m free to enter His presence and talk to Him while I commit my time to rest and creativity:
